The Union Place residential / retail complex is the most substantial mixed-use development project to break ground in Near Northeast, north of the H Street corridor, in two decades.

With more than 700 residential units, approximately 78 affordable housing units, a child daycare center, a half-acre central plaza open for public use, and “green” design, Union Place brings major benefits to the neighborhood and the city as a whole. The project will be built in two phases, with 200 units in the first phase and approximately 500 in the second phase.

Union Place is proud to announce that construction is underway for its first building, The Loree Grand, named in honor of longtime Northeast resident and community leader, Mrs. Loree Murray.
